Tamil style coconut chutney in Recipe Tamil nadu Preparation is the best combination for idli, dosai, appam, idiyappam,  pongal and upma. The ingredients used are common but the taste varies when the proportion varies.
Ingredients needed for Tamilnadu style coconut chutney preparation
Chutney ingredients
Grated coconut half
Fried gram – 50gm
Green chillies – 5
Ginger – little
Garlic – 1clove
Curry leaves – 5
Salt as per your taste

Tamilnadu style coconut chutney ingredients for saueting
Mustard – 1/2tsp
Oil – 1tsp
Urad dal – ½ tsp

How to prepare Coconut chutney recipe Tamil style
Add the Chutney ingredients together and grind well in the mixture grinder or manually.
The taste will be excellent if we grind manually in the stone
Add required water and when it comes to the chutney consistency stop grinding
Finally Sauté  by using the above given ingredients.
