How to Prepare Tamil Samayal Chappathi Kuruma
  • Kurma tamil samayal cooking is very delicious Here is the preparation method.
  • Cut potatoes into small pieces by removing the outer skin.
  • Chop carrot and beans into small pieces.  
  • Cut onions in lengthwise and chop the tomato into medium sized slices.  
  • Make a fine paste of ginger and garlic. 
  • Pour some oil and heat in a pressure pan. Sauté cinnamon, cloves, and curry leaves
  • Then add green chillies and onion, fry until the onion becomes golden.
  • Now add the ground ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw aroma goes off.
  • Add all the vegetables including tomatoes add fry for few more minutes.
  • Then add turmeric powder, chilly, and coriander powder fry for a minute.
  • Add salt and close the lid. Waite for a whistle, mean while keep grind Coconut and cashews.

    How to Prepare Nattu Koli Kulambu Chicken Gravy Recipe
    1.    Take a pressure pan, pore 1tsp of oil and fry the chillies, coriander powder, and pepper.
    2.   Then add the Cinnamon, clove, Ani seeds and poppy seeds. Fry well. Finally fry the grated coconut separately.
    3.    Now grind all the fried Koli Kulambu tamil style recipe ingredients nicely in the form of fine paste.
    4.   Take pressure cooker pour the remaining oil and fry the chopped onion and garlic. Then add the tomatoes, turmeric powder and medium sized Koli (Bone Chicken).
    5.  Fry well in medium flame for 15 minutes with out adding water, the taste will be too good if it boil with oozing out water from the chicken.  
    6.   Then add the ground ingredients paste and stir uniformly. Add slat and let it to boil for another half an hour.
    7.    In a small frying spoon (chetuny Thalikkum Karandi) add 1 tsp of oil, fry the mustard seeds and curry leaves. Mix with the Koli Kulambu Recipe.  
    8.   Note: It will taste like chettinad nattu koli kulambu recipe If you add small onion (Sambar onion) instead of bellary onion.

    • 100gm Fresh Mochaai

    • 2 medium sized Onion (chopped )

    • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds

    • Tamarind juice 100gm
    • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
    • 11/2 tsp sambar powder
    • 1tsp Coriander seeds Powder
    • Salt as required
    • Oil as required
    • Coconut paste1/4 cup
    How to make Karuvadu Kulambu
           We have to add two vegetables with Karuvadu Kulambu Tamil style  preparation, Mochaai and Kathirikai.

      . 
     1. We are using fresh Mochaai so no need to soak it, Just wash it well.
     2. Take a pan and pout little oil. Add fenugreek seeds and curry leaves.
     3. Then put the finely chopped onion and tomatoes, stir well in low flame.
     4. Add the chopped brinjal and Mochaai and keep it to fry well.
       
     5. Add turmeric powder, sambar powder and coriander seeds power. Mix the ingredients well.
     6. Then put karuvadu and fry well. Add water to make the exact  consistency.

     7. If Karuvadu Kulambu tamil recipe is cooked well, add the coconut paste and let to get one boil. Switch off the stove.

    Red chillies: 2
    Coriander leaves Chopped: ¼ cup
    Curry leaves chopped: ¼ cup

    Kambu Dosa Preparation
    1.   Wash and soak Kambu, Fenugreek seeds and urad dal together for about an hour.
    2.   After 1 hr, grind the soaked kambu dosa recipe ingredients, Chillies and add required salt.
    3.   Then mix the wheat power and keep it for (10hours) fermentation.
    4.   Finely chop the onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves and keep it aside.
    5.    Take a pan and pour 1 tsp of oil. Fry the Mustard, Urad dal, then add the chopped leaves and onion.  
    6.   Fry the ingredients in low flame until it turns in to golden colour. Keep it aside.
    7.   After it get fermented, add the fried onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well.
    8.   Prepare Kambu Dosa as same like Rice dosa recipe Preparation, add ghee if you need.

    Kongu Nadu Samayal Arisi Paruppu Sadam Coimbatore Style Recipe

    Ingredients Required for kongu nadu samayal arisi paruppu sadam coimbatore style Recipe Preparation
    Rice - 250 gm
    Lentil - 100 g
    Medium sized Tomatos - 3
    Medium sized onion - 2
    Turmeric powder – a pinch
    Dry red Chillies  - 3
    Curry leaves - 1 cluster
    Garlic - 10 no
    Ginger- small piece
    Mustard  seeds- 1 / 4 tsp
    Cumin seeds - 1 / 2 tsp
    Asafoetida - 1 / 2 tsp
    Ulatham dal (urad dal )- 1 / 2 tsp
    Katalai paruppu - 1 / 2 tsp
    coriander leaves Oil - Chopped
    Ghee - 3 tsp
    Oil- 3tsp
    Salt – as required
    Grated coconut: 1/4cup

    Kongu Nadu Samayal Arisi Paruppu Sadam Coimbatore Style Recipe Preparation
    1. Soak the Rice, lentils 1 hour before you start paruppu sadam coimbatore style cooking.
    2. Cut the onion into length wise direction. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
    3. Make a fine paste of ginger and onion, keep it aside.
    4. Take a cooker, pour oil and heat the vessal, add mustard, cumin seeds, katalai paruppu, urad dal and asafetida one by one.
    5. Fry well, add curry leaves and ginger onion paste, stir well for a half minute in low flame.  Then add onion and fry until it becomes golden colour.
    6. Finally add the chillies, chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves, mix well and add turmeric powder.
    7. Then add 500ml water, let to boil. Then add the mixture of soaked Rice, lentils and salt. Close the lit   and leave for one or two whistles.
    8. Waite till the pressure evaporates then open the lid, add ghee and Grated coconut, mix without breaking the rice.

    Avarakkai / Broad beans 200gm
    Chopped small Onion 100gm
    Mustard seeds 2 tsp
    Tamarind juice 1tsp
    Curry leaves as required
    Salt to taste

    Varuthu Aracha Kuzhambu Grinding Ingredients

    Oolunthu paruppu 4tsp
    Cumin seeds 2 tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    Oil as required
    Turmeric powder 1pinch
    Grated Coconut 4 tsp
    Red chilli 5
    Til fried 1.2 cupe
    Toordal 4tsp
    Mustard seeds 2tsp
    Tomato medium sized 2
    Fenugreek seeds 1tsp

    How to Prepare Varuthu aracha kuzhambu Tamil Style

    1. Clean and cut the Avarakkai into medium sized pieces.
    2. Fry Til into golden brown without adding oil. Then add turmeric powder.
    3. In the same pan fry cumin seeds, urad dal, toor dal , fenugreek seeds and finally coriander powder by adding 1 tsp of oil.
    4. Then add the onion, chilli, tomatoes and grated coconut, fry the colour changes into golden brown. 
    5. Then grind all the above fried Avarakkai Varuthu Aracha Kuzhambu ingredients. 
    6. Add water if required. It should be in the form of nice paste.  
    7. Take a thick bottomed vessel and fry the mustard seeds and curry leaves.  8. Then add the chopped small onion, fry well.
    9. Add the Avarakkai vegetable and fry for 3minutes.
    10. Then add the tamarind juice, let it to boil by adding a cup of water.
    11.After Avarakkai is cooked, then add the ground paste, salt and water.
    12. Stir well and leave the Avarakkai kuzhambu to boil for 10 min in low flame.
    13 Avarakkai Varuthu Aracha Kuzhambu recipe is ready taste.
    14. This is the best side-dish for rice, idli Disa and chapatti.
