Simple Bachelor Samayal Recipe Easy and Healthy Thakkali Biryani for Breakfast Cooking


Simple Bachelor Samayal Recipe Prepration
This is Simple Tamil bachelor samayal recipe. Bachelor can prepare Thakkali biryani very quick and easy for breakfast cooking. This is very healthy food when compare to eating out side.  This can be used for Simple bachelor meals also.

Bachelor Samayal Thakkali biryani recipe Ingredients
basmati Rice - 2 cups
Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 2
Green chillies - 2
Curry leaves – little
Ginger Garlic  paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 tablespoon
Coriander - a handful
Bar - 1
Clove - 2
Cardamom - 1

How to Make Thakkali biryani Bachelor Tamil cooking Recipe
Soak the basmati Rice half an hour before starting cooking
Chop onion, chillies and tomatoes (remember your mom’s chopping)
Take a pressure pan and add 1tsp ghee, add cinnamon, clove and cardamom.
Then add the ginger galic paste and curry leaves , fry in sim flame
Then add the chopped onion and tomatoes. Fry until the water comes our from it (5min in sim)
Then add all the powder ingredients, drain the water from the rice and add with it, mix well.
Add 3.5 cup of water, add salt and close the lid, leave a whistle and switch of the stove
Open it after the exit of pressure and add the remaining ghee and decorate it with coriander leaves
