Make Muttai Parotta Recipe in Tamil nadu Style

Muttai Parotta Recipe 
Muttai parotta recipe prepared in tamil nadu Style is my favorite dish. It is also called egg kothu paratha. I always get this dish from the hotel and one day I asked with my uncle who is working in a famous hotel and get the recipe.  I have given the details of this kothu muttai parotta recipe preparation in this page.  Kids always like parotta especially muttai parotta prepare and enjoy the taste with your kids and family.

Ingredients for Muttai Parotta Recipe in Tamil Nadu Style
Parotta – 5
Onion - 1
Tomato – 1
Egg – 3
Parotta Kuruma – 2tsp
Garam masala – 1/4tsp
Chilli powder – 1tsp
Coriander leaves – chopped
Oil as required
Salt as required
Mustard – 1/4tsp
Fennel seeds – 1/4tsp
Curry leaves – little

How to make Easy and Quick Muttai Parotta Recipe
Cut the parotta in to small pieces or alternatively you can use mixer grinder to chop large amount.
Chop the onion and tomatoes into very thin pieces.
Take a pan and add oil, then sauté with mustard, fennel seeds, curry leaves.
Then add onion, chilli, tomato, chilli powder and garam masala one by one.
Now add the egg and salt, stir continuously and add the chopped parotta.
Mix well, add 2tsp of muttai parotta kurma or water, keep in medium and stir nicely.
Tamil Nadu style muttai parotta recipe is ready to taste, finally garnish with coriander leaves.
Note: you can add kothu kari for this recipe.
