Peerkangai Masiyal kadayal Recipe in Tamil Nadu Style Preparation

Peerkangai Masiyal kadayal Recipe 
Peerkangai Masiyal recipe is the special of Tamil nadu villages. It is very easy and less time consuming for preparation.  It is also called peerkangai kadayal in Tamil nadu which is equally delicious like Tamil peerkangai kootu recipe. This is the best dish dish for rice and chapatti.

Peerkangai Masiyal kadayal Ingredients
Peerkangai - 1
Red chillies - 2
Onion - 1
Curry leaves - little
Turmeric powder a pinch
Urad dal, mustard – 1tsp each
Sambar powder – 1tsp
Oil and salt as per your need

 How to prepare Peerkangai Masiyal Tamil recipe
Remove the outer hard part of Peerkangai and wash it properly.

Cut the onion and Peerkangai into small pieces.

Take a pan and pour some oil, add mustard, and urad dal .

Then add onion, curry leaves and red chillies, fry well.

Then add chopped Peerkangai and , fry well.

Add sambar powder, turmeric powder, salt, add little water.

Boil it for 10 minutes and mash it with mathu or mixer grinder.

Delicious Peerkangai Masiyal recipe is ready to taste.

Note: you can add one or tomatoes with the vegetable.
