Muttai sadham Egg rice is the simple and easiest recipe in asaiva samayal, which is commonly pepared in Tamil nadu for tiffin. There are many types of variety rice recipes are in saiva samayal. This recipe helps you to prepare emergency but delicious samayal for family members and relatives.
Ingredients for asaiva samayal Muttai sadham (Egg Rice)
Basmati rice –
Egg – 4
Chopped onion – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Pepper powder – 1tsp
Oil – 4tsp
Salt as required
Curry leaves - little
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
How to Prepare Muttai sadham Asaiva Samayal
Clean soak basmati rice for about ahalf an hour
Pressure cook the soaked rice by adding half tsp of salt
The cooked rice should be non sticky like biryani
Take a pan pour oil and add ginger garlic paste
Then add onion and chipped chillies, fry well
When the onions becoming golden brown add egg and salt
Now add pepper powder and mix well.
Fry until the egg becomes brown and separated into small pieces.
The add the cooked rice and mix in sim flame for three to five minutes.
Muttai sadham egg rice is ready to taste.
Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves
