Gothumai Dosai Recipe Tamil Special Diabetic Diet

Godhuma Dosa recipe is prepared for breakfast or dinner. It is a common recipe in Tamil nadu village side, but nowadays most of the people have the situation to add wheat gothumai in their daily diet. Ingredients Required for Gothumai Dosai Recipe Preparation
1 cup - whole wheat flour
1  kambu dosai flour
2tsp - Curd
3 - Red chilli
1 – Big sized Onion 
1 / 2 teaspoon cumin
Salt as required
1 cup – grated coconut
2 tsp - Butter
Water as required
2 tsp – oil
Mustard, cumin seeds and curry leaves as required.

Gothumai Dosai Recipe Preparation
  • Gothumai dosai Indian recipes preparation is very simple the taste is also very delicious..
  • and Take dried red chillies, cumin seeds and coconut. Grind this like a fine paste, keep it aside.
  • Take pan pour oil, put Mustard, cumin seeds and curry leaves, keep it aside.
  • Now mix wheat flour and kambu together, add curd and mix well.
  • Add the fried ingredients and finely chopped onion with kambu- wheat flour mixture.
  • Then add the ground past and salt with Gothumai Dosai wheat flour mix.
  • Finally add required water and mix well, Keep this for 10-12 hours to get fermentation.
  • Prepare Gothumai Dosai same like usual rice dosa, add butter on both sides.
  • The best gothumai dosai side dish is red chilli coconut chutney.

Godhumai is very good for sugat people. The other varieties prepared with gothumai are gothumai dosa, godhumai appam, godhuma rava, godhuma payasam. My mother prepare godhumai halwa for me. It is very tasty, Yammy!
