1 kambu dosai flour

1 / 2 teaspoon cumin
1 cup – grated coconut
2 tsp - Butter
Water as required
2 tsp – oil

- Then add the ground past and salt with Gothumai Dosai wheat flour mix.
- Finally add required water and mix well, Keep this for 10-12 hours to get fermentation.
- Prepare Gothumai Dosai same like usual rice dosa, add butter on both sides.
