Samayal Samayal Tamil Recipe Ragi Dosa Ingredients
Idli flour – 1 cup
Ragi flour – 1 cup
Chopped onion – 1 cup
Chapatti flour – 1/4cup
Curry leaves – little
Coriander leaves – little
Green chilli - 2
Ginger – little
Mustard – 1tsp
Cumin seeds – 2tsp
Salt and oil as required
How to Prepare Samayal Samayal Tamil Recipe Ragi Dosa
- Take a pan, pour little oil and sauté muatrad, cumin seeds
- Add onion and fry until it becomes brown in colour.
- Take a vessel, add idli flour, chapatti atta and ragi flour
- Mix together by adding required salt and water, let it for 2 hours
- Then add the fried onion mixture, chopped chillies, coriander and curry leaves.
- Mix well and add little water if necessary (instead of frying you can add the raw onion)
- Now Ragi dosa mix is ready, prepare like dosa add oil on both the sides.
