Sukku Malli Coffee Ingredients

Milk ½ cup

Water ½ cup

Dry ginger called Sukku in Tamil 1tsp

Coriander powder called Malli powder in Tamil 1/2tsp

Turmeric a pinch

Pepper powder Milagu in Tamil (a pinch)

Jaggery or sugar as required for taste

Sukku Malli Coffee Recipe Preparation

Mix milk and water, keep it to boil, 

When it boils add turmeric powder mix well

Keep the stove in sim flame, and then add malli powder and sukku powder

Finally add pepper powder, and jaggery mix well and let to boil for a minute in sim flame.

Filter and drink as warm to get rid of cough and cold problem
