Kaima Idli Recipe Saravana bhavan Special Dish Preparation

This is kaima idli saravana bhavan special Recipe cooking at home. Kaima Idli is south Indian special recipe. Saravana bhavan special Kaima Idli Recipe preparation is very easy. You can prepare this dish in very less time. This recipe is also called Kaima Idli upma in Tamil Nadu.

Ingredients for Kaima Idli Saravana bhavan Recipe
Idli – 6
Tomato sauce – 1tasp
Lemon juice – 1tabs
Mustad 1 tsp
Oil as required

Kaima Idli Recipe Ingredients to chop
Onion – 1
Garlic – 4 no
Curry leaves – little
Green chilli – 1
Onion leaves – 1
Coriander leaves – little

Kaima Idli masala podi ingredients
Turmeric powder – 1.2tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2tsp
Garam masala – 1/4tsp
Salt as required

How to make Kaima Idli Saravana Bhavan Recipe
You can easily prepare Kaima idli at home,
1. Wash and chop the given kaima idly chopping ingredients and keep it side.
2. Cut the idli to small triangle or diamond shape and add little oil.
3. Keep the oil mixed idli in oven (in 400 f for 10 min) fry in the non stick pan.
4. Take a pan and add little oil, and mustard then add curry leaves, chilli and onion.
5. If it becomes golden brown then add the tomato sauce and all masala powder, mix for 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Add fried idli, let for 2 minutes (stir often), now add the onion leaves, lemon juice.
7. Add coriander leaves and fry for again five minutes in sim flame.
8. Best Side dish for  Kaima idli recipe is  Thayir pachadi.

Note: tomato sauce is unavailable you also use 1 toamto
You can also add the vegetables like capsicum, beans, carrot and cabbage (half boil with salt and add)
