Adyar Ananda Bhavan Mysore Pak Recipe Sweet Preparation


Ananda Bhavan Mysore Pak
Adyar Ananda Bhavan Mysore Pak is something special for its delicious taste. People usually called Ananda Bhavan Mysore Pak as melting Mysore Pak. The taste is like home made and it is one of my favorite Tamil sweets. Usually preparation of Mysore Pak Recipe is not easy and if it is not prepared in actual method you can not get the good consistency and taste.  Here I have given the simple and easy preparation method with the details of ingredients and how to prepare mysore pak in Tamil style.

Ingredients of Adyar Ananda Bhavan Mysore Pak Recipe
Gram Flour (Kadalai Mavu) – 1 cup
Sugar – 1.5 cup
Oil – 1.5 cup
Ghee – ½ cup

 How to make Mysore pak in Tamil Ananda Bhavan Style
Take the gram flour and fry for 2 – 3 minutes in low flame until you get the pleasant smell.  
Then clean and filter the gram flour, add oil with  Gram Flour and mix together.
Take a non stick pan and add ½ cup of water and sugar mix well
Prepare the sugar syrup. Put a drop of sugar syrup in little water. It should be insoluble.
The consistency of the sugar syrup must be ball like. Add the oil gram mixture in sugar syrup.
Stir continuously in medium flame by adding the ghee little by little.    
Mix continuously without leaving for eight to ten minutes in medium flame.
Then transfer the content into a ghee coated plate and make it equal at the top.
Leave it for ten minutes and cut the shape as square or diamond.   
Adyar Ananda Bhavan Mysore Pak sweet Recipe is ready to taste.
Note: Frying the gram flour is very important. The maxium ghee you add can give the delicious and taste softness to  tamil mysore pak recipe.
