Saravana Bhavan Coconut Chutney

Saravana Bhavan coconut chutney Recipe is my favorite. Coconut Chutney is the most common side dish chutney variety. This is the best side dish for almost all Tiffin varieties. You can easily make Saravana Bhavan Green Chutney and coconut chutney at home. Here is the saravana bhavan coconut chutney recipe which is the exact combination for idli, dosai, idiyappam and ponagl.  

Ingredients for Saravana Bhavan coconut chutney

Coconut – 1 cup
Fried Gram( Pottukkatalai) - 2 tsp
Chillies - 3
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Curry  leaves and coriander leaves -  little
Salt as required

Saravana Bhavan Chutney Sautéing ingredients

Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 4 leaves

How to make Saravana Bhavan Coconut Chutney

Grind coconut, fried gram, chillies, ginger salt, Curry leaves and coriander leaves nicely by adding enough water.

Then sauté Coconut Chutney by adding mustard, urad dal and curry leaves in 1tsp oil.

Delicious south Indian Coconut Chutney recipe is ready to taste.

Saravana Bhavan Coconut Chutney is the best combination for Idli, dosa, onion dosa, pongal, lemon rice, tamarind rice and even for plain rice.
