Nattu kozhi recipes are very delicious than Broiler chicken. Nattu kozhi soup or nattu kozhi rasam is given for patients who suffered of cold and cough.

Ingredients Required for nattu kozhi biriyani recipe tamil chettinad Preparation
Chicken (nattu kozhi) - 1 kg
Basmati rice - 1 kg
tomatoes - 2 or 3
Bellary onion - 1 big
Mint - little
Green chillies - 10 - 12 Count
lemon - half
Curd - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 2 table spoon

Note: Use 1 table spoon Ginger garlic paste to soak chopped nattu kozhi and 1 table spoon for of biriyani cooking

How to prepare Nattu Kozhi Biriyani Recipe
Clean and wash the chicken with turmeric water. Chop the flesh into medium sized.
Soak the chicken pieces in the combination of ginger garlic, 1tsp curd, nutmeg powder, turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder for half an hour.
Take a pressure cooker of thick bottomed vessel, add oil and butter. Keep in low flame.
Put Cinnamon, Clove, Kal poo, Pineapple flower, Cardamom and Brinji leaves sauté well. Then add the ginger garlic paste and chopped onion.
Then add green chillies, chopped tomatoes, mint leaves. Mix well and add Chilli powder, coriander powder, Cumin powder, and garam masala.
Then put the chicken mix well with masala, add lemon juice and cook for 15 minutes in medium flame.
Then add rice and water, curd and close the lid and have a whistle. Let he vapors to go out, open the lid, add little ghee and chopped coriander leaves.
Nattu kozhi biriyani recipe is ready to taste. Chettinad biryani recipe tamil nadu style is very delicious.
