Nattu Kozhi Kulambu Village Tamil Style

Nattu Kozhi Kulambu Village Style
This is nattu kozhi kulambu village Tamil style preparation. I always find the question kozhi kulambu seivathu eppadi while searching recipes. Chicken gravy is called Kozhi kulambu in Tamil language. Chicken kulambu village style recipe is always for its unique taste. This is the best combination for rice and idli. Preparation method is very easy. By using the same method you can also prepare kozhi elumbu kulambu.

Ingredients for Kozhi kulambu without coconut 
1kg chicken
1 table spoon fresh lemon juice
3 table spoon oil
3 table spoon curd
3 table spoon tomato puree
2 medium size onions finely sliced.
2 tomatoes finely chopped
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 teaspoons red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 table spoon black pepper powdered
1 tsp cumin seeds powdered
1tsp coriander seeds powdered
Fresh coriander for garnishing

Nattu Kozhi Kulambu Village Style Prepration

In a large bowl put chicken (Kozhi). Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper podi and marinate for 2 hours. Heat oil in pan and Put cumin seeds and sliced onion. Fry it until it turns transparent. Add ginger-garlic mashed and fry again. Add finely cut tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin and coriander powder. Fry this nicely for 2 minutes.

Mix blended curd in the mixture followed with cut chicken . All pieces should be coated with masala properly. Add tomato puree and little water. Cover the pan with lid. Reduce the flame and cook it for 40 to 45 minutes. Nattu Kozhi Kulambu Village Style is ready to taste. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve with rice, idli or dosa.
