Saravana Bhavan Vegetable Biryani Recipe Cooker Preparation in Tamil Nadu Style

Saravana bhavan samayal is very popular. You might have tasted the recipe of saravana bhavan vegetable biryani. You can also prepare Tamil biryani recipe like the taste of saravana bhavan hotel at home easily. Below is the simple preparation of saravana bhavan biryani recipe. Best combination for this recipe veg recipe is saravana bhavan vegetable korma recipe and onion curd.

Saravana Bhavan Vegetable Biryani Recipe Ingredients
Basmati rice - 2 cups
Onion -2
Tomato -2
Green chillies -4
Curd - 4 tsp
oil 3 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Chopped carrot - 1/2 cup
Chopped beans - 1/4 cup
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Chopped cauliflower -1 / 2 cup
Chopped Potato – 1
muttaikose -1 / 4 cup 
Salt  as required
1 Tsp Biryani Masala
Paneer -10 Pieces
Curry Masala - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves  ½ cup
Cardamom, cinnamon, clove  3each
Capsicum - 1
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp

How to Prepare Saravana Bhavan Vegetable Biryani Recipe
Wash and finely chop the given vegetables.  Fry paneer by adding oil.
Take a pressure cooker and add some oil. Then put Cardamom, cinnamon and clove one by one.
Then add the ginger garlic paste, fry to golden brown then add onion, chillies and chopped tomatoes.
Fry the above mentioned ingredients properly and then add the Biryani masala powder, cook in sim flame.
Now add curd and all chopped vegetables. Cook well for a minute. Add required amount of salt and water (double the amount of rice).
Soak Basmati rice for ten minutes and add with the vegetables mixture. Then add the paneer and coriander leaves.
Close the lid and switch off the stove a second before whistle. Leave it for fifteen minutes. Open the lid and add 2tsp of oil.
