Diwali marundhu Tami legiyam Ingredients
Pepper 2 tsp
Cumin seed - 2 tsp
Coriander seed - 2 tsp
Omam - 3 tsp
kandathippili - 10 stick
Nutmeg 1 (Small)
Dry ginger - 25 g
Garlic – 5 clove
Cardamom  - 3 number
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Powdered jiggery - 1/2 cup
Honey 1/4 cup

How to Make diwali legiyam Recipe Tamil Style
Dry fry the garlic and  Cardamom, keep it aside
Then grind all the ingredients nicely except jiggery, ghee and honey.
Then add little water and prepare the powder like a fine paste.
Then take a thick pan and pour the past, garlic and Cardamom
Add little ghee and jiggery, mix evenly.
Stir nicely and add the remaining ghee whenever needed.
At the end the ghee separates from the mixture, now switch off the stove.
Add honey and mix thoroughly and pack in an air tight jar.
Diwali marundhu home preparation is ready taste.

Ingredients Needed for Badusha sweet in Tamil Style Preparation
Maita – 1/2 kg
Dalda (melted) - 200 g
Water – ¼ lit
Lemon Salt – 1/4 tsp
Samayal Soda - a pinch
Making Sugar Syrup
Sugar – ½ kg
Water – 1/4 liter

I like all the tamil brahmin diwali recipes Prepared at home. Here you can follow this method to prepare Tamil diwali sweet recipe Badusha at home in Brahmin style.  
1.   Take a basin and pour the maida flour. Make a pond in the centre of the flour.
2.   Then add water, dalda, lemon salt and soda in the middle and mix like chapatti flour.    
3.   Leave it for 10 minutes and make like small lemon sized balls.
4.   Then press the middle of the ball by your finger and this shapes like Badusha.
5.   Prepare the sugar syrup by adding ¼ lit water for 1/2kg sugar, boil it for 10 – 15 minutes and stop the flame at sticky consistency.
6.   Now fry the maida balls at very low temperature. First they settle at the botton and float after a minute.
7.    Fry until it becomes golden brown (fully fired). Remove it and filter the excess oil.
8.   Now add the fried Badusha in the warm sugar syrup and let it be for five minutes.
9.   Remove it after five minutes and add extra sugar syrup on each.

Sambar Sadam Tamil Recipe Bisi Bele Bath
Sambar Sadam Tamil Recipe is called bisi bele bath samayal. It is nothing but the combined preparation of rice and sambar. This is called sambar saddam in tamil language. It is one of the special recipe of Tamil nadu recipe cooking.

Tamil nadu sambar sadam bisi bele bath Tamil Ingredients

Boiling Ingredients
Rice – ½  kg
Toor dal – 200gm
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Sambar onion – 3/4 cup
Salt - two tsp

Vegetables to cook
Onion - 100 g
Tomato - 200 g
Carrot - 1
Green Chillies - 4
Salt – little
Sambar powder – as per taste
Jaggery – a lemon sized
Tamarind - a lemon size

Sautéing Ingredients
Oil – as per your taste
Mustard - 1 spoon
Sambar onion – ¼ cup
Curry leaves – little
Fenugreek seed – ¼ tsp
Ghee – 25gm
Cumin seed – 1tsp
Garlic – 6clove
Coriander leaves for garnishing

How to prepare sambar sadam Tamil Style
You can easily Make sambar sadam Tamil style preparation. Time required for cooking is just half an hour.
·         Soak the rice and dal for ten to fifteen minutes.
·         Then add turmeric powder, oil, salt and onion.
·         Add four cups of water and pressure cook it.   
·         Chop the given vegetables and cook it by adding salt and turmeric powder.
·         Now add the cooked vegetables with cooked dal and rice mix.
·         Add 10gm of ghee and mix it gently.
·         Now sauté with the given ingredients and add the remaining ghee and mix well.
·      Sambar saddam in Tamil nadu style recipe is ready to taste.

·         Serve bisi bele bath Tamil recipe hot with spicy mixture or Kara boondi or papad.
